Lisa Ann MacDonald, Owner/Trainer

Fitness Driven was created by Lisa MacDonald in 2007 with the help of her family and friends to provide her home training clients with a more complete training program.

Lisa holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Central Michigan University.  She has over seven years experience in the health fitness field and continues to expand her knowledge in the fast paced fitness industry.  Lisa is certified for personal training by American Council on Exercise and maintains current CPR and AED certifications from the American Red Cross.  She has successfully completed two marathons and currently is active in adventure racing, mountain biking and weight lifting.

It is her belief that everyone can benefit from exercise regardless of age.  “We need to take time out of our busy lives and focus on our personal vehicle.  We live in a jet paced world where cardiovascular disease and child obesity are running rampant.  To combat the effects of aging and help prevent illness we need to establish an exercise program that is sustainable at 3 – 4 times/week. In my experience the best results are achieved if at least a portion of this time is professionally instructed.”
